CPD/CPE- 30 Hours
Course Description
This five day course is designed to assist CranioSacral-trained practitioners sharpen their CST skills. Classes are limited to just 6 participants and are held in an informal clinical setting. In addition to treating ‘real-world’ clients using multi-hands CranioSacral Therapy, students will have the opportunity to receive treatment and deepen their skills as lead and co-therapists.
Due to the small group setting, these classes are geared toward each students personal learning goals and provide an invaluable opportunity to gain specific and focused feedback.
Course Outcomes
Upon completion of this course, participants will have:
- Hone their expertise in blending with clients
- Learned to better understand and read their client's body needs
- Fine-tune palpation skills
- Fine-tune whole body evaluation skills
- Participate in in-depth group discussions
- Build confidence and skills in preparation for Techniques or Certification testing.
- Review other material of your choice related to CST
Prerequisite: CST2
This course fulfills the Upledger Diplomate Certification requirement that candidates complete a 20-hour-minimum Preceptorship Program.

Erin Riley comes from a diverse manual therapy background. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Physiotherapy and is an Upledger Diplomate Certified CranioSacral Therapist. Erin also draws from her experience studying other manual therapy modalities such as Muscle Energy Technique, Strain-Counterstrain and Movement Therapies. Erin has a particular interest in the mind-body connection and is a keen student of Psychosynthesis. She currently resides in Adelaide, Australia where she oversees a busy private practice.Erin is a certified instructor for the following Upledger Institute International classes SCIN (ShareCare), CSTI (Introduction to CranioSacral Therapy), CS1 (CranioSacral Therapy 1), CS2 (CranioSacral Therapy 2), SER1 (SomatoEmotional Release 1), SERTIP (SomatoEmotional Release Technique - Mastering the Inner Physician), CACS (Clinical Application of CranioSacral Therapy), CASR (Clinical Application of CranioSacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release) and CAAD (Clinical Application of Advanced CranioSacral Therapy). Erin is also a certified Examiner for CranioSacral Therapy Techniques certification exams. Erin is active in running study groups, workshops and offering mentorship to UI trained therapists.
