Terms & Conditions

By using this website to register for a course, the registrant is agreeing to the Terms and Conditions as outlined below.

Booking Conditions

All registrations must be accompanied by a minimum $330 (inclusive of GST) deposit within 14 days of registration to guarantee a place in a course. Final outstanding amount is due on the balance due date as stated on your invoice.

Failure to pay the outstanding amount on time may forfeit your place in the course or change the rate of the course fee. 

Course Cancelation Policy

If the registrant cancels their registration within 30 days prior to the course start date, their deposit is forfeited.
If the registrant cancels their registration within 14 days prior to the course start date, the full payment is forfeited.
Shajen Pty Ltd / Upledger Institute Australia reserves the right to cancel any course, in which case all money already paid, will be refunded in full.
The course may be postponed, in which case all money already paid will be transferred to the next occurrence of the course within 12 months.
If there is no equivalent course held within 12 months, all money already paid will be refunded in full.

All complaints are taken seriously and dealt with respectfully.
