Kristiane Heidrich originally trained as a Physiotherapist and Massage Therapist in Germany graduating in 1990. She has been qualified to practice in Australia since 1997 and has expanded her anatomical and physiological knowledge in Sports Medicine, CranioSacral Therapy for adults and children, Visceral (organ) Mobilisation, Dry Needling (Acupuncture for Physiotherapist), Applied Yoga Therapy and Dissection Classes.Kristiane is an Advanced CranioSacral Therapist (Diplomate Level), a certified teaching assistant for the Upledger Institute, and since April 2011, she qualified as an Instructor for CranioSacral Therapy 1. Since 2013, Kristiane can now examine level 1 CranioSacral Therapy Certification applicants. Kristiane has always been interested in learning and passing on knowledge and has been assisting all levels of CranioSacral Therapy classes since 2001, Visceral Manipulation classes since 2010 and running study groups since 2007.Kristiane qualified as a birth coach (doula) in 2013 and is currently in her second year studying midwifery at UTS.Her goal is to bring CranioSacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation techniques to medical professionals working with women and children, particularly to obstetricians, midwives and lactation consultants.
